What do you use to take/edit your pictures?–  I use my IPhone 11 Pro Max and it works really well! Kale actually bought me a camera last Christmas and I was so overwhelmed with it we just returned it, BUT one day I really should learn a camera because I think my photos could always use improvement.

Where are you from? – Edmonton, AB. Grew up in a very small town called Drayton Valley, and moved back to Edmonton in Grade 11. I then moved away to Ontario, Canada after I graduated high school to study Dental Hygiene. I moved back to Edmonton in 2012 and have been here since!

How did you get into blogging? I created this blog December 2018, as a way for me to share my passion and honest advice to others! I love reading other blogs, and all of the useful information/reviews/advice so I am always inspired to positively influence someone else!

What is your favorite place to shop?- I really love shopping from online boutiques. I normally find that the quality is way better than what I can pick up from the mall, and you can also find really unique pieces at a great price that you can’t find in store. Some favourite online stores are Princess Polly Boutique, Pink Lily Boutique & Revolve. A few other favourites are Aritzia, American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch.

Do you do this full time?– Currently no! I am a mother of two, and help my fiance with his two businesses RIPPED TO SHREDZ FITNESS (worldwide online fitness coaching company- doing behind the scenes work but hope to one day start coaching clients myself) & DIEZEL EXCAVATING (I take care of the books and invoicing). My blogging is just something fun for me to do on the side and who knows maybe I can grow it into a full time job (hello 2020 goals)! 

What are your fitness goals? I am being coached by myself, and some help from my fiance @rippedtoshredz! This year the goal is to build my butt up, and strengthen my legs/calves! I love my upper body and after having a baby everything up top has suprinsingly stayed just how I want it. My core can use some tightening for sure but my main goal is lower body! My fitness routine will be weight training 3x week with one upper body workout, one lower body workout and one full body day and then doing abs 2x week. I will be tracking my calories for right now sticking around 1900-2000. I always try to hit a certain amount of protein per day but as for carbs and fats I let that fall wherever. I am using My Fitness Pal to track my food.

How do you get your hair done/ keep it blonde?- I usually have been getting my whole head highlighted every 7-8 weeks. I try to keep up with keeping it super blonde, and use a purple shampoo a couple times a week. I also get my hair toned in between appointments during the summer months to keep the blonde from getting yellow from the sun. This last time I had my hair done instead of foils we bleached my roots everywhere for a really blonde look! LOVE IT! For a cut, I ask for a blunt cut (I love the staright across look) edgy and fun! I am probably going for long hair again real soon.. stay tuned! My hairstylist is @baileythestylist and she is wonderful, I highly recommend her and to be honest everyone at her shop @belowhairstudio are great!
